Contract Management in the ContentExplorer
A core piece of the ContentExplorer is the integrated high-performant contract- and rights administration for all programs. The three dimensions of the license right (license period, rights region and type of right) are represented in clearly arranged tree structures.
Due to this structure you can display the respective hierarchy of the rights dimensions. The licenses are collected according to contract types and can be displayed accordingly. In this process, all dependencies between the contracts are considered to enable the representation of individual revenue models.
The individual license right is recorded with all details to allow calculations of free right. The free right can be combined with criteria of form and content, so that marketing-oriented and program-oriented analyses of the license stock can be carried out with high performance.
Of course, the ContentExplorer contains an asset ledger for the license assets.
