License Management in the ContentExplorer
The contract- and license data for your programs are collected and administered via the license management of the ContentExplorer. Here, you can define the runs (exhibitions) of each program as well as the detailed utilization times by defining license windows. The runs and utlization times play an important role on scheduling the programs within the program planning process and on the amortization of film assets.
The ContentExplorer allows to manage an arbitrary number of licenses with a large variety of parameters:
- License partners
- License times / exhibition days
- License windows
- License prices and due dates
- Amortization methods (flat, per subscriber, by percentage)
- Types of rights (VoD, mobile, internet, cinema etc.)
- Field of rights (Europe, etc.)
