Our history
The CreateCtrl Corporation was founded in1999 in Munich. We – founder and managing director Dr. Klaus Rolshausen and managing director Constantin Messerschmidt together with a team of experienced IT-specialists and project managers – approach our tasks with the pretence to import our operational experiences that we were able to gain with projects for leading electronic media businesses into our solutions. Therewith we offer software products which combine IT know-how with the actual requirements of professional users and which at the same time react flexibly and future-oriented.
Our dynamic enhancements during the last years show that we are on the right path: Originally CreateCtrl started out to develop and distribute business software for digital asset management and scheduling. Meanwhile our customers can also rely on our consulting services in other business areas with regard to the evaluation of processes and existing systems. By merging CreateCtrl and s2s in June, 2008, we consistently continued on this path: The range of products and services of both companies complement one another excellently.

The CreateCtrl Corporation is an unlisted corporation and arose out of the DataFactory Ltd, Munich, in 2003. DataFactory Ltd Munich was founded in 1999.
